Perth / official-source briefing Updated 11 July 2026

Make the terminal split part of the plan.

A practical starting point for airport arrivals, central meetings and venue handoffs. It is information only: compare options, then make contact or book directly with the service you choose.

Before departure

Confirm the airport precinct before choosing the final route.

For a pre-booked transfer, share the flight number, terminal, local passenger contact, luggage or mobility needs, and a precise meeting point. Perth Airport separates its T1/T2 and T3/T4 precincts, so confirm the terminal and connection before travel rather than assuming one kerbside plan fits all.

01

Airport to city

Perth Airport directs public-transport passengers to the Airport Line and its route planner. Airport Central serves the T1/T2 precinct via the Skybridge; Redcliffe serves T3/T4 with a connecting bus, so terminal information matters before you leave the arrivals hall.

02

City meetings

Build a Perth itinerary around the final walking leg as well as the vehicle or train journey. Transperth's planner and app show current route, service-disruption and fare information, which is the useful last check before a multi-stop meeting day.

03

Convention arrivals

PCEC's main entrance is on Mounts Bay Road and Elizabeth Quay station is a short walk away. Confirm the event's access point before travel, particularly for a vehicle drop-off or a large event where the most efficient entrance may differ from the general public approach.

A short checklist

What to confirm before you commit.

  1. 01

Arrival state: terminal, airline, flight number and whether checked luggage changes the meeting time.

  2. 02

Meeting detail: exact collection point, contact method, wait-time process and what to do if the flight changes.

  3. 03

Venue handoff: event entrance, hotel address, floor or room detail, and the final walking route from the drop-off point.

  4. 04

Commercial detail: total price basis, tolls, parking, cancellation terms and payment timing.

Accessibility

Set the terminal and access route early.

Perth Airport states that its terminal transfer bus is accessible, and PCEC publishes accessibility information for visitors. If a step-free route, mobility equipment or assistance matters, confirm the current arrangement with the airport, venue and chosen provider before the day of travel.

Sources and limits

Useful information should show where it came from.

This briefing uses official public sources. Transport access, fares, pick-up arrangements and venue entry details can change, so the linked sources and your chosen provider are the final check before travel.

Direct contact directory

Research provider information, then contact businesses yourself.
