Source the record
We begin with a provider's own current website, then look for public business-identity records where they are relevant and available.
Editorial method Updated 17 July 2026
AS Concierges is a public resource directory. We research published information so travellers and executive assistants can decide who to contact directly. We do not take bookings, request quotes, or act as an agent.
We begin with a provider's own current website, then look for public business-identity records where they are relevant and available.
A city page only includes services that publicly state they operate there. A Sydney result is not treated as evidence for Melbourne, or the reverse.
Every published listing carries a status that describes the evidence we have, rather than a quality score or recommendation.
Status labels
We matched a public business identity to a current provider source that states the relevant city service. This is an evidence status, not an endorsement of the provider.
We reviewed a published service source, but one or more checks remain open, such as matching the operating entity, licence information, or recency of a claim.
We do not publish a result when the public identity or location evidence is too unclear to describe responsibly.
Current coverage
Each city is researched as its own record set. The transport directory contains 37 published records: 33 Verified and 4 Reviewed. The hotel directory contains 35 reviewed records across seven cities. The restaurant directory contains 151 reviewed records across seven city pools and their published cuisine guides. The Sydney meeting-and-event directory contains 5 reviewed records. Hotel, restaurant and venue directories use their own city and category research pools. Opening a city guide shows its evidence status, review date and a direct correction path.
Review and removal
We revisit a record when a public correction is received, a provider source materially changes, or a new public identity source becomes available. A listing can be upgraded when evidence closes, downgraded when a check becomes unclear, or removed when we can no longer describe it responsibly.
AS Concierges guest readiness
Our five-point guest readiness label reflects the public information available to a traveller: a clear location, a stated trip or stay fit, a relevant suitability detail, a direct booking/contact path and one further decision detail. It is an editorial assessment of information usefulness, not a customer score.
Public reviews, star averages and reviewer sentiment do not affect this label. It is not a service-quality guarantee, a provider ranking or paid placement; guests still contact providers directly to confirm their particular trip.
Public-review sampling
Where a matching public Google Maps profile makes reviews and sorting visible, we collect up to 10 latest visible reviews, five highest-rated visible reviews and five lowest-rated visible reviews. We record the displayed date, star rating and a concise theme only.
We do not republish reviewer names or review text, turn a sample into a provider ranking, or use reviews instead of checking the provider identity and city service source. A missing or smaller sample is recorded as a limitation, not interpreted as a quality signal.
Limits and independence
Provider websites and public registers can change. Before booking, contact the provider directly and confirm availability, pricing, vehicle suitability, insurance and any requirements that matter to your trip.
Editorial position is not for sale. If paid profiles are introduced in future, they will be clearly labelled and will not change this directory's evidence status or ordering.
Corrections
Send the listing URL, the specific correction and a public source that supports it. We review corrections before changing a published record.
